It's used, of course, awfully used. I don't remember it malfunctioning though. The nib might have to be replaced for optimal use, or the pen for that sake, but it's still working fine. I didn't change it because it fucked up or anything, I just upgraded for a bigger tablet.
Everything is there, the tablet, pen, pen holder, mouse, and original CDs (although the drivers must be WAY outdated), and it even comes in a Graphire4 6x8 box to fool your friends! As an extra, a neat background for the tablet from one of my illustrations.

By the way, I just remembered after writing the journal that the eraser doesn't work. The pen tip is fine, but the eraser for some reason doesn't respond. Personally I never use it, but if this is a problem for you, we can drop the price a lil bit.
